Harmony in sleep

Help your child to help you become the best parent you can be!

Are you suffering from sleep deprivation?

Do you think having a good night’s sleep is unattainable? Are you completely stressed and exhausted because your child isn’t sleeping?

Are you holding your breath and praying that your child falls back to sleep following a very short “nap”?

Do you feel like you are tip-toeing around your house while your child is sleeping? Do you have toddlers who are fun, energetic, and challenging when it comes to sleep?

Having a child who isn’t sleeping well affects the entire family and doesn’t help anyone be their best self. One of the challenges in becoming a new parent is adjusting to life with a baby and very little sleep. Once a baby is sleeping the entire household becomes more well-rested, energized, and ready to take on what life throws its way. Every baby and every family is unique, so there is not a one-size-fits-all process when it comes to developing a sleep plan.

I would love the opportunity to work with you to help you find harmony in your home around sleep. In partnership with you, we can help your child become an independent sleeper,

What is Sleep Training?

Sleep Training is an umbrella term for a variety of approaches that help your child learn the skill of falling asleep independently. This gives your child a gift that is important to their health and well-being. Unfortunately, sleep training often gets unjustly criticized. People frequently associate it with “cry-it-out”, but this doesn’t truly define what it is. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all magic recipe; rather, there are a variety of techniques under this umbrella. Together we will work to figure out the best technique for your child and your family. Learning healthy sleep habits is like learning any new skill. As a parent, you will support and encourage your child through the process, empowering your child with this new skill through trust, emotional connection, and strong relationships, while aligning sleep science with infant and child development.
